Podcasts are an amazing aural medium for thoughtful discussion on a variety of niches, and I’ve developed a newfound love for podcasts as a platform to cope with stress, anxiety, and lack of inspiration. From podcasts ranging from career advice to health & wellness, I’ve compiled a list of my favorite podcasts to get inspired for the week.

Girl Boss Radio
Girl Boss Radio is a podcast hosted by Nasty Gal founder Sophia Amoruso, highlighting a different female boss each week through an in-depth interview about how she got her start. The podcast features many CEOs, founders, authors, and creatives alike, and I’m a huge fan of Girl Boss’ curated selection of female leaders and the stories that are uncovered behind her success. The podcast covers a variety of topics from careers, to failure, money, and success, and contains incredibly honest and vulnerable conversation about the highlights and challenges of being a woman in charge. Girl Boss certainly pushes the boundaries for societal conventions and extracts some of the best advice from empowered women around the globe. If you’re looking for some Monday motivation from inspiring women—this is it.

Ladies Who Lunch
Ladies Who Lunch is a podcast by Ingrid Nilsen and Cat Valdes navigating the world of adulthood through thoughtful conversation and collaborative discussions. I love this podcast for its openness about various topics that are often stigmatized in the media, with new themes each week ranging from “Taking Pride in Your Bisexuality” to “Non-Romantic Rejection”. Ingrid and Cat are both popular internet creators whose channels I’ve followed since middle school, so I deeply appreciate their perspective on the many controversial subjects discussed within the podcast. Ladies Who Lunch is a podcast to turn on for some inspiration and compassion, and you’ll definitely leave each episode with a new (and optimistic) perspective on life, relationships, and beyond.
